Payment Authorization Terms and Conditions

1. Authorization of Charges: By signing this form, the customer authorizes The Incredible Sockkeeper, LLC to charge the payment method listed for the total amount due, as specified in the order form.

2. One-Time Payment: This authorization applies to a single transaction. No additional charges will be made without prior written consent from the customer.

3. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments may be made by credit or debit card.

4. Order Confirmation: Orders will be processed once full payment has been authorized and received. An order confirmation and estimated delivery timeline will be sent via email directly from, The Incredible Sockkeeper, LLC.

5. Cancellations and Refunds: Special orders (101+ units) are final once processed. Cancellations must be requested in writing within 24 hours of form submission. Refunds are not guaranteed for custom or bulk orders unless items are defective or damaged upon delivery.

6. Dispute Policy: By signing this form, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with The Incredible Sockkeeper, LLC.

7. Privacy & Security: All payment information will be handled securely and confidentially. No payment details will be shared with third parties, except as required to process the transaction.

I hereby authorize The Incredible Sockkeeper, LLC to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of my order, as outlined in the submitted order form. I understand that this authorization applies to one-time payment for the specified purchase and that no additional charges will be made without my prior written consent.

I certify that I am an authorized user of the payment method provided and that I will not dispute the payment with my financial institution, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this authorization.
