The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Times All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can sometimes occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses The Incredible Sockkeeper ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

​

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

​

Customs, Duties, and Taxes The Incredible Sockkeeper is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages The Incredible Sockkeeper is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy Our Return & Exchange Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing The Incredible Sockkeeper. We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products.

 

Please see the detailed instructions below for our return process:

Defective Product Returns

​

  • Time Frame: You have 10 business days from the date of purchase to return defective items.

 

  • Return Process:

    1. Visit our website and fill out the return form online.

    2. Submit the completed form, and you will be prompted to print it out.

    3. Print the return label provided after submission.

    4. Pack the defective laundry clip along with the printed return form and a copy of your purchase receipt.

    5. Send your package to Midwest-Tek Inc (4345 Security Parkway, New Albany , Indiana, 47150) using the printed UPS return label.

    6. Drop off the package at your local UPS store.

 

  • Exchange: Defective items are eligible for exchange ONLY. *We will send a new replacement Sockkeeper.

 

  • Refund: If a replacement cannot be provided within 60 days, a refund will be issued by check and mailed to your address.

 

Regular Product Returns

 

  • Time Frame: Non-defective products can be returned within 5 business days from the date of purchase.

 

  • Conditions: Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

 

  • Return Process:

 

  1. Visit our website and fill out the return form online.

  2. Submit the form and then print it out upon prompt.

  3. Include the printed return form with the unopened product and a copy of your receipt in the return package.

  4. Mail your return to Midwest-Tek Inc (4345 Security Parkway, New Albany , Indiana, 47150) using the return label.

 

  • Refund: Refunds for regular returns will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days after the receipt and inspection of the item.​​

  • All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment, ONLY in exceptional circumstances where a replacement is not available within 60 days, will a refund be issued by check.
